Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-915 regarding correction of state aid or budget limit errors for school districts and charter schools.

Allows the State Board of Education, on recommendation by the Superintendent of Public Instruction, to authorize payment extensions of up to five years if a school district or charter school exceeds its state aid or budget limit calculation by at least 25 percent in the current fiscal year.

Permits overbudgeting errors to be corrected at public hearings without triggering restrictions in Section 15-905, subsections L and M, and requires revised budgets be submitted electronically within three days.

Clarifies that corrections to budget limits do not require a decrease in state aid unless otherwise required by law.

Maintains existing restrictions preventing school districts and charter schools from making upward revisions to average daily membership counts after June 30 of the subsequent school year.
