Establishes a joint legislative committee on relations between Arizona and Indian nations and tribes, consisting of four House members, four Senate members, four tribal representatives, and one Arizona Commission of Indian Affairs member.

Committee duties include developing a model for formal state-tribal relationships and making recommendations on improving coordination between state, county, and tribal governments in service delivery and partnership efforts.

Committee members receive no compensation but are eligible for expense reimbursement; legislative and tribal staff provide support services.

Committee must submit written annual reports by December 31 to legislative leadership and the governor, with copies to the Secretary of State.

Section 41-1291 automatically repeals on December 31, 2021, with initial nonlegislative member terms expiring on December 31, 2012.
