Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3622 to include electronic cigarettes in the prohibition on furnishing tobacco products to minors.

Makes it illegal for any person to knowingly sell, give, or furnish electronic cigarettes to a minor.

Makes it illegal for a minor to buy, possess, or knowingly accept or receive electronic cigarettes from any person.

Defines "electronic cigarette" as a battery-powered device that delivers inhaled doses of nicotine by vaporizing a solution.

Violations of the electronic cigarette provisions are classified as petty offenses.
