Amends section 8-506.01 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding denial, suspension, revocation or change of license for child welfare agencies.

Changes language to clarify that written notice of suspension, proposed denial, revocation, or other material changes in license status must be given "to" the applicant or license holder.

Maintains existing provisions allowing applicants or license holders to request a hearing within twenty days of receiving written notice of proposed adverse action.

Preserves hearing requirements including that hearings be held within ten days of request and that parties have rights to subpoena witnesses, present testimony, and confront witnesses.
