AZ SB1295

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 42-17056 regarding primary property tax levy limits for counties, cities, towns, and community college districts.

Excludes provisional community college districts formed under section 15-1409 from requirements to submit proposed tax levy amounts to voters.

Requires the property tax oversight commission to set a property tax levy limit for provisional community college districts that is not less than the amount required by section 15-1409, subsection C.

Corrects grammatical error by changing "approves" to "approve" in the voter approval language.

Effective retroactively from May 16, 2010.
