Requires fire districts to post annual budgets on their official websites within seven business days of tentative and final adoption, and maintain these documents for at least sixty months

Mandates fire districts maintain websites for public records access and store permanent public records in electronic or digital imaging formats approved by the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records director

Requires counties to maintain an official copy of fire district permanent public records, provided annually by the district within ninety days after fiscal year end

Adds new provisions requiring fire districts to assess fingerprints for probationary firefighters and establishes procedures for county attorney review of fire service provider negotiations and contract proposals
