Amends section 13-3107 to allow firearm discharge within municipalities when lawfully taking wildlife during an open season established by the Arizona Game and Fish Commission, subject to title 17 limitations and commission rules.

Removes the previous requirement that hunting areas be "recommended" by the Arizona Game and Fish Department and "approved and posted" by the chief of police before firearm discharge is permitted.

Adds new subsection E to section 13-3108 prohibiting political subdivisions from enacting ordinances limiting the lawful take of wildlife during open seasons unless consistent with title 17 and Arizona Game and Fish Commission rules.

Clarifies that political subdivisions may still regulate firearm discharge in parks and preserves, except when lawfully taking wildlife in areas approved by the Arizona Game and Fish Department or when engaged in other specified activities like nuisance wildlife control.

Establishes that violations of ordinances regulating firearm discharge in parks and preserves are class 2 misdemeanors unless the political subdivision designates a lesser classification.
