Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 17-301 to allow hunting of jackrabbits, raccoons, and predatory animals at night, in addition to the existing allowance for aquatic wildlife hunting during non-daylight hours.

Permits the use of jacklights and other artificial lights for hunting these specified animals at night, subject to commission regulations.

Makes minor technical corrections to statutory language, including changing "which" to "that" in references to health departments and clarifying rodent control provisions.

Maintains existing prohibitions on hunting most wildlife species from motor vehicles and firearms discharge from roads and railways.

Preserves existing exceptions for federal and state wildlife management activities, scientific research, falconry, and rodent control programs.
