Amends injunction against harassment statutes to include unlawful picketing, trespassory assembly, unlawful mass assembly, concerted interference with lawful exercise of business activity, secondary boycotts, and defamation as forms of harassment.

Establishes a "no trespass public notice list" maintained by the Secretary of State that identifies employers with private property rights; employers can register their properties and the list is published biannually and distributed to law enforcement.

Creates new civil liability provisions allowing employers to obtain injunctive relief and damages (including lost sales, profits, and punitive damages) against defamation and unlawful labor activities; labor organizations are liable for acts of their agents.

Defines and criminalizes unlawful mass assembly, trespassory assembly, and unlawful picketing; increases penalties to class 1 misdemeanor for violations occurring on properties listed on the no trespass public notice list.

Prohibits declaring or publicizing continued picketing or assembly at a location where a court has already enjoined such activity; allows employees to revoke wage withholding authorization in writing.
