Amends section 44-1244 of Arizona Revised Statutes relating to fraudulent practices in petroleum product sales.

Prohibits storing or keeping petroleum products in storage tanks or containers that previously held a different product or product from a different manufacturer, refiner, producer, or marketer.

Requires such tanks, containers, or receptacles to be emptied and relabeled according to article requirements before being used for petroleum product storage.

Makes the technical correction by replacing the word "chapter" with "article" in the statute.
