Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 48-528 regarding the sale of delinquent property and municipal purchases.

Changes the time for street superintendent to commence property sales from "10 o'clock" to "10:00 a.m." for clarity and consistency.

Replaces "shall" with "shall" in the opening clause describing the superintendent's duties to commence sales in numerical order of lots or parcels.

Maintains requirement that if no purchaser is found for a property lot, it shall be struck off to the municipality with the city or town council appropriating funds from the general treasury for purchase.
