Amends section 41-2305 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding the powers and duties of the office of tourism.

Requires the office of tourism to submit annual reports to the governor, president of the senate, speaker of the house of representatives, and the secretary of state, rather than only to the governor and legislature.

Makes grammatical and stylistic changes throughout the statute, replacing "which" with "that" in multiple locations.

Removes the phrase "and regulations" from the office's authority to adopt rules it deems necessary or desirable.
