Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-185 regarding charter school financing and establishes new financial documentation requirements for charter schools.

Requires charter school governing bodies to make available to the public copies of financial documents showing sources and amounts of monies received and a detailed list of expenditures, including salaries and compensation for owners, teachers, administrators and other employees, by July 5 each year.

Mandates that if a charter school maintains a website, it must prominently display these financial documents on the website for public access.

Makes changes to charter school student count calculations, funding provisions, and equalization assistance formulas for schools sponsored by various entities including school districts, the state board of education, universities, and community college districts.

Repeals a conflicting version of Section 15-185 previously amended by Laws 2010, Chapter 318, Section 1.
