Governor authorized to enter into an Interstate Firearm Freedom Compact with other states to protect residents' firearm ownership rights and freedoms from federal regulation.

Party states must recognize and give full faith and credit to each other's firearm freedom laws and firearm freedom criminal laws, with governmental agents prohibited from depriving or penalizing residents for exercising these rights.

Compact requires party states to cooperate with each other in preventing crimes and prosecuting violations of firearm freedom criminal laws across state lines.

Chief law enforcement officers of each party state must enforce the compact, and taxpaying residents have legal standing to require enforcement through courts.

Compact becomes effective when at least two states deliver signed notices of confirmation to each other and federal officials, with states able to withdraw by enacting a joint resolution.
