• Authorizes the Arizona State Lottery Commission to establish special instant ticket games for sale by hospitality retailers, consistent with chapter requirements, with separate accounting for prizes and operating expenses.

• Allows monies saved from special hospitality retailer games due to operating efficiencies to become other lottery revenue and revert to the state general fund.

• Amends both Section 5-504 and Section 5-554 of Arizona Revised Statutes to add provisions for hospitality retailer lottery ticket sales.

• Makes Section 5-554 amendments effective June 30, 2012.
