Adds new section 12-116.04 to require an additional $50 assessment for convictions under sections 13-2921 (domestic violence), 13-2921.01 (aggravated domestic violence), 13-2923 (harassment), and offenses in Title 13, Chapter 36 (stalking and harassment crimes).

Assessment monies are deposited into the victim compensation and assistance fund, with courts transmitting funds through county/city treasurers to the state treasurer.

Assessment is not subject to surcharge and is in addition to any other penalties, fines, or fees authorized by law.

Amends section 41-2407 to specify that assessments collected under section 12-116.04 shall be allocated by the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission to domestic violence shelters.
