Requires private prison contractors operating in Arizona to make all records publicly available upon request, including records relating to costs, operations, staff, and inmates.

Applies the same public records disclosure standards to private contractors as those required for state, county, and municipally operated prisons and jails.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 41, Chapter 11, Article 1 by adding section 41-1609.07.
