Establish $50 bonus per student for advanced placement (AP) teachers when a student scores 3 or higher on the College Board AP examination.

Provide an additional $500 bonus per qualifying student for AP teachers in schools assigned a letter grade of D or F, in addition to the $50 base bonus.

Add "CAP" (college advanced placement programs) as a new funding category in the base support level calculation with a support level weight to be determined.

Cap the total state cost of college advanced placement support level funding at a dollar amount to be specified by the legislature.

Amend school finance definitions in Arizona Revised Statutes, including changes to average daily membership calculations and instructional hour requirements.
