Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-411 to extend electioneering rights to early voting sites during the early voting period, in addition to polling places on election day.

Requires that facilities used as early voting sites during early voting periods must allow persons to electioneer and engage in political activity outside the 75-foot limit in public areas and parking lots, consistent with existing election day polling place rules.

Maintains existing prohibitions against temporary or permanent construction of structures in public areas and parking lots or blocking voter access to parking spaces.

Does not otherwise modify requirements for election precinct designation, polling place designation, or wait time management procedures.
