Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-116 to correct grammatical language regarding double punishment provisions.

Changes "which is made punishable" to "that is made punishable" for grammatical consistency.

Changes "to the extent the Constitution...require" to "requires" to correct verb-subject agreement.

Maintains existing law that an act or omission punishable under different sections may be prosecuted under both, but sentences must be concurrent.

Preserves constitutional bars to prosecution where an acquittal or conviction under one statute prevents prosecution under another.
