Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 12-569 regarding admissibility of evidence in medical malpractice actions.

Removes language that limited the evidence exclusion to hearings and reviews "conducted pursuant to section 12-567," making the prohibition apply more broadly.

Prohibits introduction of evidence that parties or witnesses have professional liability insurance coverage or financial interests in health care insurers in medical malpractice trials and proceedings.

Prevents disclosure of insurance-related financial interests including stock ownership, insurance policies, notes, contributed surplus notes, or other indebtedness in health care insurers.
