Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 12-164 regarding qualifications and assignment of tax court judges.

Changes gender-specific language from "his" to "the judge's" in the requirement that tax court judges demonstrate willingness to serve for at least two years or the remainder of their current term.

Clarifies that court commissioners appointed to serve in the tax court must be appointed by the presiding judge of "the superior court in Maricopa county" rather than just "the presiding judge of."

Maintains existing requirements that tax court judges pro tempore and commissioners meet minimum standards of experience and education in tax law as established by the supreme court.
