Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 12-101 to change the composition of the Arizona Supreme Court from five judges to seven justices.

Changes the official title of court members from "judges" to "justices" throughout the statute.

Maintains the six-year term of office for supreme court justices, with terms beginning the first Monday in January.

Justices continue to be elected at the general election preceding the expiration of their term of office.
