Individuals with established U.S. citizenship or non-expiring federal work authorization do not need to provide documentation again upon card renewal.

Individuals with expired limited-term federal work authorization must provide updated documentation when renewing their food service worker card.

Defines "food service worker card" as a county-issued document certifying that an individual meets requirements to handle, prepare, serve, or sell food for public consumption.

Amends fingerprint clearance card requirements to mandate applicants provide documentation of citizenship or authorized alien status before issuance.
