Amends existing law regarding Arizona's 2012 centennial commemoration by authorizing the Historical Advisory Commission to design, produce, and sell commemorative medallions made of 99.9% pure gold, silver, and copper.

Medallions shall be two-sided disks not exceeding five millimeters thick and one troy ounce in weight, featuring the Arizona state seal on one side and the state flag with centennial text on the other side.

Sale price of medallions limited to no more than 10% above manufacturing cost or 10% above current precious metal value, whichever is greater, with potential for prepayment requirements.

Proceeds from medallion sales deposited into a separate account within the state library fund to finance centennial legacy projects, with any remaining unexpended funds transferred to the state general fund.

Department of Weights and Measures shall certify the weight and purity of all centennial medallions produced.
