Allows candidates, political committees, and other persons to post political signs beginning 60 days before the start of early voting in a primary election and ending seven days after the general election.

Permits any person to post political signs on property they own at any time, except as otherwise provided by law.

Makes it a class 2 misdemeanor to knowingly remove, alter, deface, or cover any political sign during the 60-day period before early voting in a primary election through seven days after the general election.

Exempts from this prohibition the removal or alteration of political signs by the candidate, their authorized agent, the property owner, or the property owner's authorized agent.
