Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 26-1003 to correct language in the Code of Military Justice regarding jurisdiction over discharged personnel.

Changes "who is discharged" to "who is" and "and" to clarify that persons who obtained fraudulent discharges from the National Guard remain subject to court-martial proceedings.

Maintains that individuals fraudulently discharged can be tried for the fraudulent discharge itself and for any offenses committed before the fraudulent discharge occurred.

Reaffirms that persons who have deserted from the National Guard remain subject to military jurisdiction regardless of any subsequent separation from service.
