Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 14-10402 regarding requirements for creating a trust in Arizona.

Adds new requirement that trust documents must be drafted by an active member of the State Bar of Arizona.

Requires the drafter to hold a current Securities and Exchange Commission Series 6 or higher license that permits removing assets from the state or writing equity indexed annuities.

Maintains existing trust creation requirements including settlor capacity, intent to create trust, definite beneficiary or charitable purpose, trustee duties, and prohibition on sole trustee/beneficiary being the same person.
