Expands the crime of tampering with political signs to include knowingly removing, altering, or defacing political mailers, handouts, flyers, or printed materials delivered by hand to residences during the 45 days before a primary election through 7 days after the general election.

Allows condominiums to reasonably regulate (but not prohibit) door-to-door political activity and petition circulation on property normally open to visitors, with restrictions limited to sunset-to-sunrise hours and requiring identification tags.

Prohibits condominiums and planned communities from regulating the number of candidates or ballot issues supported or opposed on political signs, or requiring signs to be commercially produced.

Extends political sign protections in planned communities from 45 days before to 55 days before an election, and from 7 days after to 15 days after an election.

Clarifies that condominiums and planned communities may not restrict access to common roadways and sidewalks normally open to visitors for circulation of political petitions.
