Amends Section 20-1674 to reduce the notice period for policy cancellation from 60 days to 45 days (except for nonpayment of premium, which remains 10 days).

Amends Section 20-1676 to reduce the notice period for policy nonrenewal from 60 days to 45 days before the end of the policy period.

Amends Section 20-1677 to reduce the notice period for premium increases and coverage changes from 60 days to 30 days before the policy expiration date.

Clarifies that notice of premium or coverage changes is considered given 30 days following mailing or delivery, and allows insurers to satisfy the notice requirement by delivering new policy terms 30 days before expiration.
