Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 27-271 to revise the definition of "common variety minerals" for purposes of leasing state lands.

Modifies the list of materials included as common variety minerals by changing "fill, facing stone," to "or facing stone, or for" to clarify that material used for landscaping or ornamental purposes is included.

Maintains existing exclusions from the definition, specifically excluding limestone suitable for cement production, metallurgical or chemical grade limestone, and gypsum.

Preserves the requirement that deposits must lack distinct, special economic value beyond normal uses to qualify as common variety minerals under state land lease provisions.
