Requires the State Land Department to prepare and maintain a military operations area map using Department of Defense information and make it available to the public in printed or electronic format.

Mandates that public real estate reports issued after December 31, 2011 for property located under a military operations area include disclosure statements informing buyers of the military operations area and directing them to available maps.

Requires the commissioner to record disclosure documents in county recorder offices identifying land located under military operations areas, with updates when boundaries change.

Amends the affidavit of disclosure form for land divisions to include a new item disclosing whether property is located under a military operations area.

Effective September 30, 2011.
