Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 36, Chapter 3, Article 3 by adding section 36-340 regarding birth certificate access for adult adoptees.

Allows adult adoptees to obtain a certified copy of their original birth certificate by providing their birth mother's name and their own date and place of birth.

Requires payment of an applicable fee to obtain the certified birth certificate copy.

Applies notwithstanding any other law, establishing this as a priority access mechanism for adult adoptees seeking birth certificate information.
