Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 25-218 to make a technical correction regarding the definition and legal treatment of surrogate parentage contracts.

Clarifies that if the mother of a child born through a surrogate parentage contract is married, her husband is presumed to be the legal father of the child, with this presumption being rebuttable.

Maintains the existing prohibition on entering into, inducing, arranging, procuring or assisting in the formation of surrogate parentage contracts.

Reaffirms that a surrogate is the legal mother of a child born as a result of a surrogate parentage contract and is entitled to custody of that child.

Directs the Secretary of State to submit this proposition to voters at the next general election for approval.
