Honors ten Hopi Code Talkers who used their native language to develop an unbreakable military code during World War II in the Pacific campaign.

Recognizes eight Hopi Code Talkers (Franklin Shupla, Warren Koiyaquaptewa, Frank Chapella, Travis Yaiva, Charles Lomakema, Percival Navenma, Perry Honani Sr., and Floyd Dann Sr.) assigned to the 323rd Infantry Regiment, 81st Infantry Division, and two additional Code Talkers (Rex Pooyouma and Orville Wadsworth) serving with bomber groups in the Pacific.

Credits the Hopi Code Talkers' code with saving countless American lives and contributing to successful engagements in major battles including Guadalcanal, Peleliu, Tarawa, Saipan, Iwo Jima, and Okinawa.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of the resolution to federal departments (Defense, Education, Interior, Veterans Affairs), Hopi Tribe leadership, Arizona Department of Veterans' Services, and Arizona's Congressional delegation.

Encourages schools and civic groups to teach and commemorate the historical contributions of Hopi and other Native American Code Talkers to American freedom.
