Proposes an amendment to Article VI, Section 1 of the Arizona Constitution to restrict judicial decision-making authority.

Requires Arizona courts to adhere to the U.S. Constitution, Arizona Constitution, U.S. Code, federal regulations, common law, Arizona state law, and laws of other U.S. states when exercising judicial authority.

Explicitly prohibits Arizona courts from looking to legal precepts of other nations or cultures and from considering international law in their judicial decisions.

Amendment requires approval by Arizona voters at the next general election following proclamation by the Governor.
