Enacts a measure for voter approval that adds the fourth Monday in March as "Cesar Chavez Day" as a state holiday in Arizona.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 1-301 to insert Cesar Chavez Day into the list of enumerated holidays and renumbers subsequent holidays accordingly.

Repeals Arizona Revised Statutes section 1-308.

Requires the Secretary of State to submit the proposition to voters at the next general election for approval.
