Proposes constitutional amendment to Article VII, Section 19 of Arizona Constitution prohibiting state and local government agencies from collecting or spending public funds to support candidates for public office.

Bans tax credits, deductions, or other tax incentives that provide public funds to political candidates.

Prohibits assessments of taxes, fees, or surcharges if any portion would be used to provide money to candidates for public office.

Requires discontinuation of existing public campaign funding distributions and deposit of any previously designated campaign support funds into the state general fund upon amendment's effective date.

Defines "public funds" to include monies from taxes, fees, penalties, surcharges, payments, tax credits, deductions, or checkoffs derived by state or local government entities.
