Proposes amendment to Arizona Constitution Article XVIII by adding Section 11 requiring employees to provide annual express written permission before employers can deduct payments from paychecks for political purposes.

Exempts deductions for employee benefit plans, pension plans, savings plans, health plans, and charitable contributions from the permission requirement.

Defines "political purposes" as direct or independent expenditures in support of or opposition to candidates, political parties, legislation, referendums, initiatives, or payments to political action committees and similar groups.

Known as the "Protect Employee Paychecks from Politics Act" and requires submission to voters at the next general election.
