Proposes an amendment to Article VI.I, Section 5 of the Arizona Constitution regarding the Commission on Judicial Conduct.

Removes language requiring the Supreme Court to provide for confidentiality of proceedings before the commission.

Establishes that documents and proceedings relating to each complaint reviewed by the commission are public records.

Maintains existing provision that a judge cannot participate in commission proceedings involving their own censure, suspension, removal, or involuntary retirement.

Directs the Secretary of State to submit the proposition to voters at the next general election.
