Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-1326 regarding blood test analysis for driving under the influence cases.

Corrects the agency responsible for adopting rules governing blood alcohol analysis by changing "department of health services" to "department of public safety" in subsection C.2.

Maintains the director of the department of public safety's authority to issue permits to qualified analysts and revoke permits for analysts who fail to meet standards.

Applies to the analysis of blood or other bodily substances used to determine blood alcohol concentration in DUI enforcement.
