Amends section 15-185 to limit charter school pupil transportation services to no more than 15 miles each way to and from the charter school.

Removes language in section 15-816.01 that previously allowed school districts to provide transportation to nonresident pupils meeting economic eligibility requirements (free/reduced lunch) up to 20 miles each way.

Retains requirement that school districts provide transportation up to 20 miles each way for nonresident pupils with disabilities whose individualized education programs specify that transportation is necessary.

Modifies section 15-901 to remove references to economically eligible nonresident students in the definition of "eligible students" for transportation purposes.
