AZ HB2013

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-2939 regarding the Arizona long-term care system (ALTCS) services.

Adds a yearly limitation of 360 hours per calendar year for respite care services provided to developmentally disabled members under subsection B.

Adds the same yearly limitation of 360 hours per calendar year for respite care services provided to non-developmentally disabled members under subsection C.

Respite care is defined as short-term care and supervision available on a 24-hour basis provided in members' homes or alternative residential settings.
