Requires subdividers selling one or more lots outside active management areas to record a water supply adequacy statement beginning January 1, 2013.

Water supply adequacy or inadequacy statement must be recorded with the subdivision plat in the county recorder's office and include legal description of the subdivision land.

If a water supply is later determined to be adequate by the Department of Water Resources, the water provider must notify affected customers in writing through ordinary business practices.

Subdividers already required to provide water adequacy disclosure under section 33-406 are exempt from these requirements.

Defines "subdivider" according to section 32-2101 for purposes of this statute.
