Amends Arizona election law to modify how presidential and vice-presidential candidates are presented on ballots.

Requires the vice-presidential candidate's name to be listed immediately below the presidential candidate's name on the ballot rather than in a separate section.

Changes the order of offices on the ballot by moving the vice-president position from third to be grouped with the president as a single entry.

Specifies that the voter's mark next to the presidential candidate's name counts as a vote for that candidate's running mate without requiring a separate mark for vice-president.

Applies to all ballots where presidential electors are voted for, with the vice-presidential candidate's surname placed after the names of the presidential electors.
