Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 22-512 regarding representation in small claims court proceedings.

Removes a reference to Section 32-261 while maintaining existing rules that individuals, partnerships, corporations, associations, and other organizations must be represented by their own members or employees rather than attorneys.

Adds "or agent" to the definition of who may represent a corporation, allowing authorized agents to represent corporate parties in small claims actions.

Adds a new provision explicitly prohibiting attorneys-at-law from appearing in or participating in small claims matters, except when both parties agree in writing prior to hearing or after judgment has been entered.

Preserves the right of attorneys to represent themselves in propria persona (on their own behalf) in small claims court.
