Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 15-341 and 15-502 to prohibit school district governing boards from meeting and conferring with representatives of labor organizations.

Adds language to section 15-341 (General powers and duties) stating "This section shall not be construed to allow governing boards to meet and confer with representatives of labor organizations."

Adds identical prohibitory language to section 15-502 (Employment of school district personnel) clarifying that governing board authority to employ personnel and fix salaries shall not allow meeting and conferring with labor organization representatives.

Makes minor grammatical corrections throughout the sections, including changes to pronoun usage and word choices in existing provisions related to student discipline, athletics, and other school district operations.
