Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 38-755 regarding the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) member account information requirements.

Changes the requirement for account statements from annually provided paper statements to statements that may be provided electronically or online.

Modifies beneficiary change procedures by allowing changes pursuant to ASRS rules instead of requiring board-furnished forms.

Requires members to notify their current spouse before naming a different beneficiary or before changing a beneficiary if the current spouse is listed as the beneficiary.
