Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-889 regarding child care facility licensing requirements.

Changes language in subsection B from "other state" to "another state" regarding denial of certificates or licenses for child care facilities.

Requires applicants and licensees to maintain a current list of controlling persons on file with the department and notify the department within 30 days of any changes in officers, directors, or controlling persons.

Prohibits issuance or renewal of child care licenses if any controlling person has been denied a certificate or license in Arizona or another state, or has had a license revoked for reasons related to endangering children's health and safety.

Requires each applicant or licensee to designate an authorized agent who must be a controlling person, U.S. citizen or legal resident alien, and Arizona resident to receive department communications and legal documents.
