Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 35-113.01 regarding state agency requests for federal funds.

Requires all state agencies, boards, commissions and departments to submit copies of agreements, contracts, applications and requests for federal funds to the Department of Administration for acknowledgment.

Requires agencies seeking federal funds to provide statements detailing the project or program purposes, sources and amounts of funds, and conditions for fund provision, with the director having discretion to accept summaries instead.

Requires departments, agencies, boards or commissions to forward acknowledgment to the Department of Administration upon receipt of federal funds.
